You know what October is right?

I am in the high risk category for Breast Cancer. What does that mean:

I won’t panic. That does not mean I will get breast cancer. It just means my chances of getting the disease are higher than those who have fewer risk factors. What do I do? Get my mammogram every year. Do regular breast exams. Having two Sisters and several first cousins who battled Breast Cancer with courage and dignity, I must become physically active, maintain a healthy diet – A diet that is rich in vegetables, fruit, poultry, fish, and low-fat dairy products. Oh and my Doctor knows my family history and stays on top of my care. What about you?
