1. Listeners of KBLX-FM who are 18 years of age and older and are legal residents of the U.S. and residents of the San Francisco Metropolitan area, will be able to take part in KBLX contests. For the purposes of this contest, San Francisco Metropolitan area includes the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma

2. Prizes won on KBLX are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.

3. No purchase is necessary to participate in any KBLX contest.

4. Prize must be picked up at the KBLX business office between 9am-5pm. Monday through Friday, unless otherwise specified on the winner sheet.

5. Prizes must be claimed within 21 days. If prize is not claimed within this time period, it will be forfeited.

6. One winner per household per sixty days. Prize winners are ineligible to participate in other on-air station contests for a period of sixty days. In the event that the prize won is in the value of $600.00 dollars or more, the exemption will extend to three months.

7. KBLX is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undeliverable entries, telephone calls, email, mail or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.

8. Winner must be able to provide their social security number and driver’s license or picture identification at time of winning. Winner will be responsible for any taxes related to the prize, should the price exceed $600.00 in value.

9. Each winner acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of becoming a winner and accepting the prize, KBLX shall have the right to publicize and/or broadcast his or her name, likeness, voice and the fact that he or she won the contest and all matters incidental thereto.

10. KBLX and its affiliates are released from any liability, and will be indemnified and held harmless by the winner from injury or damage of any kind that may be sustained in connection with the prize or for the failure of the winner to follow proper procedures for claiming prize.

11. KBLX reserves the right to disqualify contestants who do not adhere to these rules and rules for other KBLX contests. KBLX reserves the right to alter the contest rules at anytime.

12. KBLX is not responsible for concerts or events that are canceled by the promoter or venue.

13. Employees of KBLX/Inner City Broadcasting and their families and employees or their advertising agencies and their families are not eligible to participate in KBLX contests.
