Today’s Tip of the Day - Now I made a Tuscan soup, and Tuscan soups are delicious, hearty soup, especially for the cold days and I used a Red Kale.  Red Kale has become so popular lately, in so many different markets that some markets, they run out of stock.  What’s great about the Red Kale is not only the color, but they hold up well.  They stay nice and hearty when you cook with them.  They don’t condense so small and they are milder than the Green Kale. When you buy your Red Kale, you want to make sure that the color is prominent all the way around.  Then you also what to make sure it is free from greening and yellowing whatsoever, especially yellowing, (greening is okay a little bit, but no yellowing).  When you bring them home, you store them in the refrigerator right away and open up the plastic bag so they can breathe.
