When I started thinking about how life is ever-changing, ever-evolving it made me think about the various seasons of nature winter, spring, summer, and fall. In the church the phrase “it’s your season” became a very popular says and folk started saying things like “my season is over,” “Our season has come to an end” and so forth and so on, however, if we are in fact we are living according to seasons then how do you know when a season for a person or situation is up? Lots of times it’s hard to recognize simply because of familiarity not wanting to change, other times it’s not recognized because of the fear associated with having to move on. There was a song written by Benard Ighner titled ‘Everything must change’ in this song it speaks about how nothing stays the same, the young become the old , Mysteries do unfold.’Cause that’s the way of time nothing and no one goes unchanged, Keeping in mind with the theme of seasons we must look for and acknowledge change, stepping out into the new season could open up brand new opportunities, new friendships and bring about a new attitude and joy for you! Embrace your new season, walk into with gladness and joy because after all this is your chance for a fresh new beginning at whatever it is you are walking away from and stepping into, this is your season go get it!
