CrossFit Update!

I regret my gym membership! For years I spent hundreds of dollars a month for a luxury gym. I would go workout. Do my cardio thing. Lose weight. Gain it back. Repeat. It wasn’t until I started doing CrossFit with Joey that I realized I essentially wasted thousands of dollars! (Yikes!)

Doing CrossFit has exposed me to the fact that just doing cardio and losing weight isn’t enough. It’s truly about being strong. The luxurious things I no longer receive from being a member at a plush gym, I’m gaining in physical strength and understanding fitness. I didn’t even realize how important MOBILITY is.  Did you know having ankle mobility and dexterity is a key component to do a proper squat?!  Did I know that I can deadlift 95lbs? Nope.
