We’re here to keep ‘ya company Labor day! Can you believe it? There was actually a time when the concept of the 8 hour day was something that people had to fight for? Back in 1894 Congress made Labor a federal holiday! Yep! With the idea to create a “day off for the working man” that of course now, includes us women too…for the most of us Labor day means…boo hoo…the unofficial end of summer! No way! The weather’s gonna be sunny and warm, the Labor Day sales are copious and there are all kinds of family fun on the cheap, like:
