The term “life coach “is kind of a new one. But in recent years those two words are “everywhere. And isn’t it cool when we see Tony Robbins or Lisa Nichols transform somebody’s life?
And the other thing is this: we all need a little bit of help in our quest for our best selves. It’s always a big realization, right? Fam, I’m almost 50 years old, and I’ve discovered that it’s a strength to ask for help when you need it.
