Susan EvansLindsay Krumbein, Executive Artistic Director; Alex Trono, Assistant Artistic Director; Ayah Dominique, Ensemble Member; and Robert Paige, Playwright and Ensemble Member came in to talk about Gritty City, a theater program that allow for youth in Oakland to immerse in the arts and build a community. Gritty City Repertory Youth Theatre is Oakland’s rigorous, pre-professional theatrical training program for youth of color.
